These files were intended to fulfill the requirements of the initial (core) phase of the WTG Intercomparison project. However, it was discovered that the RCE calculations were not equilibrated. Thus, these files have been replaced by those in this directory. Files are named according to the conventions outlined here. However, we use SWTG in the place of WTG to represent a WTG simulation using the spectral WTG scheme. Also, files with 10 minute time resolution have the suffix _10.nc. One other break from convention is the addition of files ending in PBL_XXXX.nc; these are members of a sensitivity test on the nominal top of the boundary layer, as suggested by C. Daleu in Nov. 2014.
